What we collect

Account details you give us (email, username, birth date for the age gate), the bikes, parts and listings you add, photos you upload, messages you send inside the app, and the coarse location of a listing (ZIP code, shown to others only as an approximate distance).

Serial numbers

Bike serial numbers are normalized and encrypted at rest. Other members only ever see the last four characters. We use the serial to run a stolen bike check against public reports and to match reports later; we never publish a serial.

How we use it

To run the marketplace and garage, show you listings near you, keep the community safe (moderation, blocking, reporting), and send the notifications you choose. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees what

Your public profile shows your username, display name, avatar, bio, city and state, and your ratings. Precise location, birth date, email and plan are never shown to other members.

Catalog and third party data

Catalog specs are our own data. Where a listing shows maker specs from a licensed lookup, that data is shown on that listing only.

Your choices

Edit or delete your items, photos and listings any time in the app. Delete your account from Account settings, or see the delete account page for the email route.
