Delete your VeroBike account
VeroBike by VeroMinds LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email.
Delete from the app
- Open VeroBike and sign in.
- Go to your Profile, then Account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately.
Or request deletion by email
Email contactus@verominds.com with the subject "Delete my VeroBike account", sent from the email address on your account. We process requests within 30 days.
Request deletion of specific data without closing your account
You can delete listings, photos and garage items yourself inside the app at any time. For anything else, email contactus@verominds.com with the subject "VeroBike data deletion request", from the email address on your account, describing the data you want removed. Your account stays open. We process requests within 30 days, except records we must keep (listed below).
What is deleted
- Your profile and personal information (email, name, location details, birth date)
- Your garage, listings, photos, portfolios, folders, saved searches and favorites
- Your messages, offers and notifications
- Encrypted serial numbers stored with your bikes
What is kept, and for how long
- Completed sale records (the bill of sale between you and the other member) are retained so the other party keeps their copy; your personal details on them are reduced to a username placeholder.
- If an account was removed for a violation, a hashed, non identifying record (a one way code derived from the email, plus a reason code) is kept to prevent banned accounts from returning. It contains no readable personal information.
