Size from Fuji's geometry table on this page, which prints only the 350 mm seat tube and no size line: Fuji's 2010 Ace 650 page lists the size as 35cm (SIZE 13.75" in its table) above the same 350 mm seat tube, with the same angles, the same 395 mm chainstay and a 944 mm wheelbase (944.5 mm here). Fuji's page contradicts itself on gearing: its crankset line ("42/52T") gives 2 chainrings and its cassette line 7 speeds, while its shifter line says "21 speed"; total_gears keeps the shifter line's figure.
